The alleged misconduct began in spring 2024 when Rana joined JPMorgan as a senior vice president. He claims Hajdini made sexual advances and threats regarding his career advancement. Rana alleges that she drugged him with Rohypnol and Viagra before these encounters.

Rana’s lawsuit was initially filed anonymously under the name John Doe until his identity was revealed. The suit seeks damages for emotional distress, lost earnings, and punitive compensation. Two witnesses are cited in the complaint as corroborating portions of Rana’s account.

JPMorgan Chase has denied the allegations. An internal investigation reportedly found no evidence supporting Rana’s claims. Despite the ongoing legal issues, Hajdini remains employed at JPMorgan Chase.

Rana has been diagnosed with PTSD as a result of the alleged abuse. The outcome of this lawsuit is currently unknown, and the validity of the allegations against Hajdini remains disputed.
