As summer vacations approach, Bengaluru is gearing up to accommodate the surge in travelers. In response to increased passenger demand, the Indian Railways has introduced Summer Special Trains.
Starting from SMVT and Yeshvantpur stations, these special trains will connect Bengaluru to key destinations in Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, and West Bengal.
Train number 07153 will operate weekly from Narsapur to SMVT Bengaluru until May 29, while 07154 runs in the opposite direction until May 30.
Additionally, train numbers 06579/06580 and 06549/06550 will service the route from Yeshvantpur and SMVT to Danapur throughout April.
For those traveling to Katihar, train number 06571/06572 will run weekly from Yeshvantpur until July 14.
Every Friday until April 24, train number 06557 will operate from Yeshvantpur to Santragachi, catering to the demand for travel to Kolkata.
Passengers are advised to book their journeys in advance through the IRCTC website or at reservation counters to secure their seats.
