DJP has extended the reporting deadline for corporate taxpayers’ annual income tax returns to May 31, 2026. The previous deadline was April 30, 2026. This decision aims to enhance taxpayer services amid ongoing improvements in their tax administration system.
The extension was directed by Finance Minister Purba Yudi Sadeva. Individual taxpayers still have a reporting deadline of April 30, 2026.
DJP is improving its core tax administration system called CoreTax. They will provide personal assistance to taxpayers every day from Monday to Sunday during the reporting period.
Bimo Vijayanto is the Director General of Taxes. He stated, “This extension is based on the need to improve services for taxpayers.” He added, “We are committed to ensuring that this service is close to taxpayers and fully helps them.”
