The accusations involve the web series ‘Resort’ and alleged breach of contract by Nambiar. The couple denies all claims of financial misconduct.
Anugraha S Nambiar accused Vijay of breaching a one-year contract, claiming her opportunities were blocked by the production team. Vijay stated that her allegations have tarnished their reputation.
The legal notice, sent through lawyer Dr. J. Jerome Joseph, also demands the removal of defamatory videos and posts from social media. The couple plans to pursue further legal action for damages due to these allegations.
Anugraha revealed she faced mental and physical distress due to the alleged misconduct, stating it pushed her to the brink of suicide. The dispute has escalated into a serious legal matter involving both parties.
