The transfer policy for 2026 in Madhya Pradesh’s education department will be distinct from other departments. This aims to address long-standing issues in the teacher transfer process.

The Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, Dr. Mohan Yadav, stated that if the transfer policy was decided, it should have been implemented earlier. The government plans to lift the transfer ban for one month starting May 15, 2026.

Currently, there are 200 posts available for voluntary transfers, up from the previous limit of 20. A significant number of applications are expected, particularly when MLAs are involved.

The second Class 10 board examination for CBSE will begin on May 15, 2026. Meanwhile, the Maharashtra SSC examination took place from February 20 to March 18, 2026.
