In a bid to enhance travel facilities, IntrCity SmartBus has launched a dedicated traveller lounge in Tirupati. Manish Rathi from IntrCity SmartBus noted, “Travel demand is consistently high in pilgrimage corridors like Tirupati, particularly on overnight routes connecting major cities.”

As part of the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) initiatives, the online booking schedule for darshan tickets for June 2026 is set to begin on March 18, 2026. Special entry darshan tickets will be available for ₹300, with sales starting on March 24 at 10 am. This move is expected to streamline the pilgrimage experience for devotees.
