Tn election results

Tamil Nadu voted on April 23, 2026. Results for the 234 constituencies will be declared on May 4, 2026.

The main battle is between MK Stalin’s DMK and the AIADMK-led NDA alliance. Actor C. Joseph Vijay’s Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam has made its debut in the elections.

AIADMK needs to retain its hold in the western region and gain ground in northern, central, and Greater Chennai regions to regain power.

Udhayanidhi Stalin is contesting against Aadirajaram in Chepauk–Thiruvallikeni. O Panneerselvam is contesting against VT Narayanasamy in Bodinayakanur.

Edappadi K Palaniswami is contesting against Kasi C in Edappadi. The political landscape of Tamil Nadu is influenced by the entry of new parties like TVK.
