Axis My India predicts a stunning debut for Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) in the upcoming Tamil Nadu Assembly elections on April 29, 2026. The projections suggest that TVK could reshape the political landscape.

The support for TVK spans various demographics. Notably, 68% of first-time voters aged 18-19 back TVK. Among those aged 20-29, support stands at 59%.
Many voters cite a desire for change as their main reason for supporting TVK. This sentiment resonates with 35% of all voters and rises to 77% among TVK supporters.
TVK’s appeal cuts across OBC and SC communities, minority voters, and both urban and rural segments. This broad base could disrupt traditional voting patterns.
