CTET Results Expected Soon

“The sheer number of candidates forced the authorities to conduct the exam over two days.” This statement underscores the massive turnout for the CTET 2026 exam, which saw over 25.3 lakh candidates registered, with nearly 25 lakh appearing for both Paper 1 and Paper 2 on February 7 and 8, 2026.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is expected to announce the CTET results soon, following the conclusion of the objection period for the answer key, which ran from March 12 to March 15, 2026. Candidates can check their results on the official website ctet.nic.in once they are released.

The CTET certificate is crucial for candidates aiming for teaching positions in central government schools. To qualify, candidates must score at least 60% for the general category and 55% for reserved categories, with a total of 150 marks available in the exam.

Results will be provided in a digital format through DigiLocker and the UMANG app, including essential details such as the candidate’s name, roll number, and marks secured. The validity of the CTET result certificate is for the lifetime of the candidates.

As the anticipation builds, candidates are reminded that the results are expected to be announced within two weeks after the objection period ends. Details remain unconfirmed.
